“Bila Zirka” is an international competition-festival of children’s and youth creativity, which unites talented Ukrainians from all over the world.

The event will be held in Sacramento for the first time and will become an important cultural meeting of the Ukrainian diaspora, art and the younger generation.

This is not just a concert —

it is a stage where new names are born.

Children and youth aged 8 to 30 take part, presenting their talents in various genres:

— vocals (folk, pop, academic)

— folklore

— instrumental art

— decorative and applied arts

— fine arts

Live performances, sincere emotions and a true Ukrainian atmosphere are exactly what makes this festival special.
