Category Accuracy

Users must place listings in their correct category. Sharvarok LLC may, at its discretion:

  • Reclassify content
  • Remove content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations

User Conduct

Users may not post, promote, or engage in:

  • Illegal or fraudulent items or services
  • Harassment, discrimination, or harmful content
  • Misleading or deceptive listings
  • Spam or mass messaging
  • Violations of privacy or IP rights

4. Marketplace Disclaimer

  • Does not broker transactions
  • Does not guarantee buyers or sellers

Sharvarok LLC does not verify the identity of users or the accuracy of any user-generated postings. However, Sharvarok may provide optional business verification services as part of certain paid packages (including the Premium "3-in-1" Business Package). Any verification performed applies solely to the business information reviewed—such as confirming the existence of a business entity or basic contact details—and does not extend to individual users, personal identities, listings, or any other activity on the platform.

All transactions occur directly between users.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Sharvarok LLC is not liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service, including:

  • Direct or indirect losses
  • Economic losses
  • Data loss
  • Loss of profits
  • Fraud by users
  • Misrepresentation by users
  • Harm resulting from goods or services purchased

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

Sharvarok LLC does not store, collect, or process credit or debit card information.

  • All payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc.
  • All fees are non-refundable, including when a post is removed, moderated, re-categorized, or expires.
  • Users agree to Stripe's terms when completing payment.

Sharvarok LLC never receives or retains card numbers or banking details.

7. Privacy

All personal data collected by Sharvarok LLC is handled under our Privacy Policy, consistent with:

  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
  • California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
  • Applicable federal privacy laws

13. Reporting Fraud & Abuse

Sharvarok may suspend accounts, remove listings, or report unlawful behavior to authorities.

14. Fees

By submitting a paid listing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method. For a paid posting, you authorize Stripe to charge your account. Any applicable taxes will be added. Fees are non-refundable even if your posts are moderated, removed, delayed, omitted, or re-categorized. We reserve the right to refuse any posting. Our prices are subject to change.

15. Security & Law Enforcement Cooperation

Sharvarok LLC may disclose user information when required by law, including:

  • Valid subpoenas
  • Court orders
  • Law enforcement requests
  • Prevention of fraud, harm, or illegal activity

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations.

16. Arbitration Agreement (Binding)

IMPORTANT: By using this Website, you agree to resolve disputes only through binding arbitration, except for:

  • Small claims cases
  • Claims involving intellectual property
  • Requests for injunctions

The arbitration will follow:

  • Federal Arbitration Act (FAA)
