CO4UA and Mova Club invite you to a speech event and presentation of the art book “Why Chicago” by Maria Baglai
📖 Cities need people
An evening where stories, cities and people meet.
Together with Maria Baglai - a writer, author of Ukrainian-language tours of Chicago and co-founder of the cultural space and library Sister City Library - we will talk about inspiration, creativity and the power of human connections. About why cities need their people and how people shape the soul of their cities.
You can expect:
– Maria Baglai’s speech and an open conversation about the art book “Why Chicago”;
– presentation and the opportunity to purchase a signed copy (limited quantity, price $40);
– buffet, photos and a warm atmosphere among interesting people.
This evening is a great opportunity to get inspired, meet like-minded people and do a good deed.
All funds raised will go to support the ongoing NPO UA ANTS fundraising campaign to help Ukraine.
