WE’RE HIRING: Field Technician

We are a fast-growing Home Services Company looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our team.

What We Offer:

• Pre-booked appointments — no cold calling or door-to-door sales

• 20% commission per job

What You’ll Do:

• Handle 4–6 scheduled service appointments daily

• Build trust with customers and explain services

• Upsell additional services and close on-site sales

• Deliver excellent customer service

Services we do:

• Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning, Chimney Cleaning

• Carpet &Upholstery Cleaning, Pressure Wash

Requirements:

• Must be based in the U.S.

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License

• Clean background and ability to pass drug screening

• Strong communication and sales skills (B1+ English level)

• Professional, organized, and reliable

Schedule:

Monday–Saturday
