Job Overview
We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help drive the creation and delivery of marketing and donor communications that inspire generosity and deepen engagement with our mission. This individual will play a central role in coordinating the development, production, and distribution of marketing materials and overseeing UCU Foundation’s social media, web presence and website. This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Marketing Communications, material development, and distribution through effective collaboration with other key players to ensure timely delivery, with compelling content and storytelling and brand consistency. Key collaborators include, not limited to:

Third-party marketing agency for design, content, & production

UCU Foundation Information Liaison and Project Manager based in Lviv at UCU
-
UCU Foundation Donor Relationship Managers working directly with our wide range of donor constituents

UCU Foundation data
- Coordinate development, production, distribution of marketing collateral such as:

Brochures, and fundraising appeals (mail and email appeals)

Impact Report
-
Donor recognition and stewardship materials

Event-related collateral (all channels)
- Manage the Foundation’s digital and social media presence:

Develop content calendars and post regularly on platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Monitor and manage website
-
Monitor engagement and optimize for audience growth and retention

Support donor communications including email newsletters and campaign updates
-
Track performance metrics and provide insights on campaigns, appeals, and content effectiveness

Maintain digital asset library and ensure consistent messaging across platforms

Maintain Marketing and Communications Calendar for the organization

Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or nonprofit development
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong writing and editing abilities with an eye for visual communication
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Familiarity with donor communications or nonprofit fundraising (a plus)
- Self-starter, collaborative spirit, and passion for mission-driven work
- Collaborative communicator who elevates cross-team partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong working knowledge of the Ukrainian language required.
