Let’s Talk Events: Anatomy of Events Workshop

Join Let’s Talk Events: “Anatomy of Events. A Practical Guide” on September 10, 2026. This professional gathering is designed for leaders of community and charitable organizations, foundations, volunteer initiatives, and everyone who creates events in support of Ukraine. The session will explore event planning as a management process, from shaping the concept and budget to working with sponsors, donors, partners, and teams. Participants will also discuss scenario building, risk management, and how to make decisions when plans change at the last minute. The speaker, Kateryna Kokhanovska, brings 12 years of professional experience and more than 100 completed projects with a combined budget exceeding $2.6 million.
