✔️ Issuance of ready passports that have already arrived at the Consulate General of Ukraine in Houston

📄 To receive your ready passport during the outreach appointment, it is MANDATORY to fill out the form:

❗️ The issuance of ready passports is available for all citizens regardless of age or gender

❗️ Issuance is possible only by prior application through the aforementioned form

❗️ Applications must be submitted SEPARATELY for each individual for whom a passport was issued

❗️ A previously issued passport is MANDATORY unless it was submitted to the consulate when applying for a new one
